We package our analytics as individual markets, sectors and, asset classes as well as differentiate value between daily and longer term weekly and monthly analytics. Our applications and integrations are add on services as are our trader development consulting services and live trade rooms.

Who We Are
DARMA Capital Trading and its affiliate JS Services Research and Trading LLC is an analytics leader in digital and traditional asset classes. We are committed to supporting professional traders with fact-based trading solutions and have been for over 3 decades. Our method is proven and unique, assisting clients in gaining consistency and a structured approach to trading.
We understand that each trader’s path to success is individual and have developed an approach that will standardize trading methods, so they are in alignment with core strengths and are applicable across all time frames and asset classes.

John Slazas
FOUNDING PARTNER
John is responsible for setting the firms strategic direction and leading trading and risk management decisions, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and trader development programs.
John Slazas is a seasoned expert in the trading industry with 35+ years of experience in technical market strategy, trade system design, and risk management. He is passionate about empowering traders to reach their full potential and believes in the power of self-realization to positively impact people’s lives. Hailing from Chicago, John witnessed the emotional impact of trading from the exchange floor and developed a fact-based solution to master it. He is a former equity member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), and Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) with the National Futures Association.
In 1984, John founded JS Services Research and Trading LLC, a technical research firm focused on professional trader development and fact-based trading analytics. In 2013, he embraced the world of cryptocurrencies and became a strong advocate of blockchain technology, effectively combining traditional capital market techniques with the digital asset space.
John is the founding partner of both DARMA Capital, a registered crypto investment fund, and DARMA Capital Trading, which is focused on proprietary trading and trader development. With three decades of experience in the futures, options, and crypto markets, John continues to lead the industry with his expertise and innovative approach.
Spencer Riegle
CHIEF CRYPTO OPTIONS TRADER AND STRATEGIST
With a diverse background in equities, futures, and options, Spencer Riegle now focuses his expertise on the cryptocurrency landscape. He’s known for his forward-thinking strategies centered on capital efficiency, asymmetrical opportunities, and the intricate nuances of market microstructures.
Spencer took an independent route when it came to markets, driven by his unwillingness to take no for an answer and desire to learn. He has immersed himself amongst seasoned veterans in the space where he has learned the walks of equity markets, vanilla derivative products, and exotic decentralized volatility products.
A Michigan State University alumnus, Spencer has fully dedicated his career to the digital asset space, utilizing his deep understanding of market cycles to explore unique opportunities. He has developed a trader-first approach, creating proprietary tools, and fostering supportive trading communities worldwide. His dedication to research, innovation, and empowering fellow traders aligns with our commitment to pushing boundaries in digital currencies for optimal financial gains.
Stephen Lonergan
CHIEF FUTURES TRADER
Stephen is responsible for operational aspects of the company, managing the trading forums, liaising between management and traders, contributing to education, development, and innovation.
Stephen has over 20 years of experience in Futures trading. He started trading futures in 2000 and was the head of training and innovation, educating and mentoring many traders over the years. In 2012 he set up Tower Trading Dublin operation which provided access, funding, guidance and clearing to traders in the office and remotely.
Stephen has been actively trading Crypto markets since 2018 and has adapted his Futures development trading programs to cater for traders wishing to pursue a career in crypto.
Robert Lee
Managing Partner
Robert is responsible for strategic partnerships and leading the growth and development of DCT applications.
Robert has 20+ years of experience in wealth management, real estate and entrepreneurship business development, which brings a unique perspective to spur the next expansion for DARMA Capital Trading.
His mission is to help people become financially empowered and liberated.

Mauricio Conti

Mauricio is responsible for products and market intelligence. His focus is to increase the maturity of the Latin American trader.
Mauricio has 25+ years of experience in digital transformation, the last 4 with web3. Computer Engineer, Master in Telecommunications from Politecnico di Torino, founder of the digital health portfolio Simples ID, CPO of wconnect, Managing Director, Professional of technology and financial assets using web3, digital influencer in the areas of Blockchain, Tokenization and NFT.
Mateus Soares Martins
STRATEGIC PARTNER TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Mateus is responsible for technology and innovation. His goal is to digitize and bring intelligence and automation to the trader.
Mateus has over 6 years of development experience, the last 2 years with web3. He is currently the CTO of wconnect and is an alumnae of the MIT Professional Education in Blockchain, where he further specialized in web3.
John Devine
STRATEGIC PARTNER EXECUTION SPECIALIST
John is an OTC execution specialist responsible for supporting crypto options execution.
James Divine is a crypto author and speaker, a market maker, and a financial markets professional focused on structured products, derivatives, lending, borrowing, and spot market execution for digital assets. John began his career as a market maker for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Intercontinental Exchange-listed derivatives, specializing in precious metals, interest rates, energies, and forward volatility curves. John has also operated within Environmental products, both listed and OTC, for compliance and voluntary participants. John moved into the digital asset arena trading as an execution specialist for an industry-leading hedge fund before joining BlockFills. He currently engages with institutional participants in digital asset markets on crypto strategy development and execution. John Divine earned his Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy Technology from Illinois State University and has a master’s degree in Energy Systems and Fuels management from Southern Illinois University. John Divine holds a Series 3 license from the National Futures Association.

Thamires is responsible for project management and the interface between the business and technology.
She has 6 years of experience in the tokenization market, with the last 2 years focused on development projects. Postgraduate in Business Management from INSPER and specialist in Blockchain for the financial markets.
